Ordering, Lead Times, Returns
You can expect a lead time of 4-6 weeks which includes production time and delivery. This does NOT include the time that goes into the mockup process. The 4-6 week estimate starts once mockup is approved for production. We suggest quick approvals and minimal changes if you are on a tight time line.
Official lead times will depend on current volume and availability.
Expedited shipping is currently not available.
As part of our made to order process, we provide a digital mock-up for your review and approval before fabrication begins. Once you've selected and purchased your sign, we'll reach out via email with a detailed digital rendering. This mock-up will showcase your sign's layout, colors, and specifications exactly as you configured them.
To ensure your sign is perfect, we include up to (1) complimentary revision during this process. This allows you to make adjustments to elements like color, spacing, or other design details before we move forward with production. There is a $15 fee for any additional revisions needed.
This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
Yes we offer design guidance to help you get your sign just right.
If you are unsure where to start or how to lay it out just send us color preferences and what you'd like printed via email and we will send you a design mockup. We offer (2) complimentary revisions which allows you to make adjustments to elements like color, spacing, or other design details. After (2) rounds of revisions there is a $25 fee per adjustment.
We currently do not offer logo or brand design services.
Customized products are not eligible for returns. This is why we include the mock-up process prior to fabrication to ensure the sign is to your exact specifications.
Blank signs with our standard color options that have not been customized are available for return. Please reach out to nocoshopsignage@gmail.com to begin the return process.

Yes our signs are made with stainless steel which is a very durable metal that should last for years to come.
Our sign is suitable for low to mid wind resistance. Please bring your sign inside in the case of high winds or extreme weather.
Our signs are made of stainless steel metal. For signs with a color finish, we powder coat our signs which is very a durable finish that is suited for exterior use.
Clean with a cloth to remove dust. Use a mild detergent and warm water if dirty. Avoid harsh chemicals.
